The Eagles Nest Gym in McCune, KS opened its doors today and started with 61 Heavyweights training as we speak. I followed Montreal's model that was posted in a previous post and created 3 sets of 20 HW's + 1 talented fighter that was rated according to Montreal's chart. Here is the first 5 heavy's.
