Free Agency Highlights
February 2 - Last year's MVP RF Stephen Delisle (.380, 22 HR, 104 RBI) leaves Dallas at age 25, signing for six years at $9.3 million with the Carolina Flyers.
February 4 - Dallas returns the favor, signing SP Kurtis Collins (12-8, 3.51) away from Carolina for four years at $6.8 million.
February 5 - Norfolk, the defending champs, sign speedster LF Tim Ryan (.237, 24 HR, 82 RBI, 48 SB) for $6.6 million and four years.
February 13 - The Drifters pick up speedy RF Raymond LaVallee (.293, 14 HR, 60 RBI, 10 3Bs, 31 SB) for four years at $7.2 million, easing the loss of Delisle somewhat.
February 14 - Carolina continues their raid on Dallas, signing SP Joseph Phillips (14-9, 3.12) for four years at $12.8 million.
