The second file may be useful for the "c" files because in both the "b" & "c" sets the home/away matchup numbers are not equal for the games
within the league. For instance, in a few cases a team plays one of its league opponents 12 times at home and 15 times away and in others it is 15H/13A, etc.
Yes, you can just use the one version, load it in once, and never look back. The game should rearrange the teams after each season so that you do not continually have the same teams having the same unevenness in the home/away splits against the same opponents. It will not balance everything out perfectly, but it should be pretty good.
