Ah, 154 game schedules. I'm just too attached to the 162 I don't do anything else unless specifically requested. Maybe if MLB cuts back to 154 I could change too.
It may be a just bit before I could attack these requests, here's a few tiny questions.
162 games run about first of Apr to first of Oct, do you prefer 154 to start a week later or end a week earlier?
How balanced or unbalanced (more divisional games) would you like?
For the 24 teams, you did not specify interleague there, so do you want it and if so how much would you like - a lot, just one series against teams of one division, home & away series against one division?
I haven't tried juggling any numbers yet, so there may be some that make things work out better or easier. But I can at least open the door to suggestions in the meantime.
For the 28 team, are both leagues in the order 5,5,4 as far as teams per division?
