Post Out of the Park Baseball 4.0 Launch Party!

Out of the Park Baseball 4.0 Launch Party!

Come join us Thursday evening (February 28) at the Innovox Lounge cybercafe in midtown Atlanta for a special preview of Out of the Park Baseball 4.0! Innovox is located in Ford Factory Square off of Ponce de Leon Avenue. We'll be there from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a playable copy of the game, and will also have some goodies and freebies. I'll also bring the 'ol digital camera and we'll give everyone on the Board some updates from the party down here in HotLanta (actually, its freezing here tonight!).

This will be a decidedly low-tech affair (despite being held at an Internet cafe....), no formal presentation, etc., just hanging out and meeting some other gamers over espressos and lattes. :^) Look for me - I'll be wearing the Brewers cap!
Here are the directions. Can't wait to meet everyone in person!

Innovox Lounge

Located in the basement of Ford Factory Square
(stairs located in front of Cameli's Pizza)

699 Ponce de Leon Avenue, Suite 1
Atlanta, GA 30308

Directions from I-75/I-85

Drive into downtown Atlanta and take the Freedom Parkway exit.

Follow Freedom Parkway for 1.2 miles until it ends in a T at Ponce de Leon Avenue.

Take a LEFT onto Ponce de Leon Avenue.

Take a LEFT at the very next traffic light into our parking lot. You will see a Kroger supermarket directly in front of you. Innovox is in Ford Factory Square, the building that shares the parking lot with the Kroger.

Park and come down the stairs in front of Cameli's Gourmet Pizza Joint.

The phone is: 404-872-4482

Looks like the SkyDog will be in the house. I'll be the big black dude with glasses wearing the UGA fleece.

Just got back from the Tech/Wake game, man o man what a game. If Tech could've played like that all year, they'ed be in the tourney.

I have a lot of friends that went to Wake, so this was even more sweet for me. Did you see THE dunk? I'm waiting up watching College Hoops Tonight just to see the replay! Man, it brought the house down! Great game!

The Moore alley-oop? That was awesome! Nessler and Daugherty were just going on and on about Tech last night on ESPN2. (Nessler almost qualifies as a Tech 'homer' anyway... :^).

Cato are you coming to Innovox tonight? And are you a Tech alum/student/fan?

Yeah, I think I am coming to tonight, sounds fun. And yes, I am a Tech alum (and fan, of course).

That dunk was awesome. Not just the dunk, but the timing of when it happened in the game was almost perfect. The crowd wasn't too rowdy yet, but they were starting to feel it, and then the place just exploded with that dunk. And of course going with 3 Wake grads, made it even better!
