Stat output
In OOTP3, using Pierre’s CSV Reporter, I was able to generate an Excel file that I would then import into Access. From there, I was able to do custom reports, custom calculations, etc.
What is the best way to go about this in OOTP4? I realize that Pierre is working on an editor/reporter but it seems (based on the initial release) to be geared much more towards the editing side. I simply want to dump all the stats, for all teams, into a spreadsheet so that I can manipulate them at will. Any suggestions? I’ve been reading about people who have written parsers that will read HTML files but I’m afraid I don’t have much coding experience. |

Right now, parsing the HTML is about your only automated solution. Keep your fingers crossed that we get a CSV reporter for version 4 in the very near future. |

Are they parsing the HTML files or the database?
