Post Coaches/Scouts on or off?

I was just wondering, what the majority of you play with: coaches/scouts on or off?

And if possible add a little comment of why?

In my solo leagues I prefer to play with the coaches on. I think it makes the game more realistic not only for development and evaluating players, but also for purposes of salary since that is taken into account for the payroll.

I use them about half the time in solo play, and of the dozen or so online leagues I've been involved in, 2 of them have used coaches/scouts. IMO they are somewhat unfair for online league play, as there are several ratings loopholes to overcome scout opinions. I am also not convinced the coaches have much impact. As the OOTP series progresses I think the scouting/coaching feature will also progress and become much deeper, right now I don't think it's quite there yet.

Yes, for Online Leagues I prefer to have them off, it prevents some cheating and it puts everybody on more of a level playing field

I have them on in the GBL, I am trying to bring the most realistic league I possibly can, so that means I have to have them on.
