Your least favorite team?
Which team is your least favorite in the MLB today? My least favorite team is the Atlanta Braves because they can't even sellout their home playoff games. But I wannta hear what you think.

The sCrUBS are the worst team of all time. Easy to hate, easy to ridicule, easy to beat. The BoSox are a distant second. Another bitter, losing team. I love their fans, though. At least they have talent they can truly brag about before they fold come August. Tampa Bay would be third.... but then, are they even worth hating?

Yankees with Mets and Braves close behind. So hard to decide. Hate it when the Braves play the Mets on TBS. Its difficult rooting against both sides. When do you cheer?

Maybe the Marlins or Brewers, but strictly due to ownership, nothing deeper.

Seriously - every MLB team should be trying to emulate the Yankees. The are, by definition, the greatest.
Too bad I can't watch them on TV - I have Cablevision and they won't carry the YES network. Unreal - an entire television station devoted to my favorite team in my favorite sport, and I can't watch it. God is punishing me for Steinbrenner's payroll.

Definately the Yankees. Overpaid, cocky players and even cockier fans. If I had 130 million I bet I could beat the Yankees.

Tampa Bay...What a waste of space.
Cardinals, for sentimental reasons, only...

Yankees by far. Without competitive balance, they are the most unfair team in the world. Back when we the Bulls were a dynasty, it was true. These days the Yanks just buy their championships and if they don't win they spend 25 million more than any team to ensure they will. Gladly, they're losing this year though

Funny you should ask, GiantsRules, because my least favorite team is the NoCal Giants! being a lifelong Dodgers fan, I can't imagine it being any other way!

I hate the New York Mets with a passion. Next in line is the sorry San Francisco Giants.

Yankees top off the list.
Distantly followed by the White Sox, who in my experiences have some of the worst fans of any team in any sport...and the Cardinals, simply because of the rivalry. Personally, I have a much deeper respect for the Cardinals and their fans than the White Sox. The Cards' fans (again, through my experiences) seem to be pretty knowledgeable about their team and aren't fairweather fans. The Sux fans, I can attest to this through my experiences (saying this again, don't want people to think I'm bashing ALL Sox fans, just the many that I have had the unpleasantness of dealing with) that it's only a good day if the Cubs lose. If the Sox win, eh that's alright, if the Cubs win God hates them. But if the Cubs lose, whooo boy break out the champagne. This guy at a Cubs message board was telling all about his Sox fan coworker. It was after Opening Day and the Sox won and the Cubs had lost. His friend was depressed and he told him the Sox won. He gave a light-hearted "yay" but didn't get excited at all. Then he told them the Cubs lost, and a smile spread over the guy's face and he began feeling better about himself. It sucks that the only experiences I have with Sox fans are bad...I have hope there are some good Sox fans out there (I KNOW there are, but they are hard to find ). Just so you know that's not a direct rip on anyone, don't wanna offend anybody, just voicing my displeasures with fans of these teams. |

The Yankees, followed by the Giants. It's amazing that I have such a nostalgic passion for the Yankees up to 1970, but every NYY team after for some reason just makes me sick.
And there's a certain BB from the Giants that I think baseball could've lived without, lol. |
