Spring Training

I am the Commissioner of the GBC Tres League. We are approaching our first off season. When we reach that point we are converting from OOTP 3 to OOTP 4. In version 4 can owners export their spring training settings or does it have to be entered by the commissioner?

Note that you have to email that Spring Training settings file to the commish, you can't ftp it from within the game like your sim-to-sim lineups.

Do you use the normal export procedure or is there another method?
