1964 league starting up

13 teams gone, 7 to go. The following teams are still available. Chicago (A), Cleveland, Detroit, LA (A), Washington, Chicago (N) and Philadelphia. Hi guys, you might have seen a previous post I put up about a league, but I am scrapping that idea and thinking of starting a 1964 league with rosters and stadiums. We will NOT expand, we will stay at 20 teams. I may be willing to split leagues into two divisions of 5 each. I have found someone to host the site for me, so that will no longer be a problem. We will run using a cap, which will be $47.5 mil for the first year (highest payroll is about $41 mil). We will import rookies each year for the draft from the Lahman database. Teams above are already taken. Website will be up shortly, if you are interested in joining, post here or email me at PeteG9699@si.rr.com Looking to keep the league fun with as little rules as possible.
