FPS Conversion tool progress report??

From somebody in the know, could we get a progress report on how this is coming along. I ask because I fear that some long standing FPS leagues could be in real trouble finding owners with most leagues moving away from FPS.

I had emailed Joe last week and didn't get a reply, so he might be on vacay or otherwise unavailable at the moment. I had emailed him a suggestion that the converter be customizable, since that would put less of a burden on the programmer to determine exactly how CH should be figured into the hitting rating & it would allow the FPS leagues to configure the ratings to their liking. Anyone else agree?

I hope someone really is considering creating this utility! I don't own OOTP4 yet, but I will DEFINATELY buy it if this utility is available (will most likely buy it anyway)! I'm using the Twins in my FPS: Baseball Pro '98 solo league and I would really like to see how things go with true free agency and salaries. I've fallen in love with this team, and I would love to continue playing with them. Please, tell me this is real and it will be here SOON (although I'd wait for it!).

It is indeed real, its just an issue of when it will release. It could be two weeks or two months. I am continuing to nag Markus (who is still out of pocket for a while).

Hi,

Just wondering if there has been any progress reports made on this PHENOMINAL idea! I know a lot of people would like to know just flat out where this idea stands in terms of priority poistion and any anticipated release time frame. Some knowledge about this project would do a lot to ease my pain.
