Theo,
The 3 column format is about the best option, but I'd give more real estate to the border columns... will make it look more balanced... and PS, personally I don't like the "pink/orange" color in the third column.

All in all it looking very good and the concept allone of building this from the HTML report is facinating

looks nice. 'at it's best' is something to fix, though (at its best).
