Unhappy eLicense Problem

My hard drive crashed and i lost OOTP and all the files. I also lost my order id and elicense # and i need it to reinstall the game. I called them like 3 times and no one ever answers. I also emailed them and heard no response. Any one know how i can get my elicense??

They also emailed you the receipt, so assuming your email is still on the server, you'll still have your liscence information, then all you'd need to do is redownload the game.

Otherwise all you can do is keep calling Via Tech during normal business hours or email they're support staff, you'll need to be prepared to show proof of purchase so have your credit card or statement ready to show them, explain the situation and they should be able to help you.

Good Luck.

You are going to have to keep calling them then. In the future make sure you have a back up as these as you'll save a lot of heartbreak. (I have my order ID's in about three different places).

Show them your credit card receipt, explain what happened and you shouldn't have a problem. From everything I've heard (never talked to them myself) Viatech has been great at reissuing licenses.

Cheers

Hmmm, that's really strange about their CS. I've dealt with them 3 times in the past for FOF and never had problems. I had the same problem, and called them, they "reset" my eLicense accounts, so I had 2 available.

Yeah keep trying and you'll get your help. Hope it works out.
