Ok, you folks here are great!

Now, I was wondering how do you create a league and simulate a season, using real players from 2001 with only 8 teams?

(Basically want to create a season based on the ESPN Fantasy league that I am in, it has 8 teams...)

Create a league using the real players and all teams then use the "reset, release all, draft command from the drop down menu in the league setup. Then edit league structure and delete all but 8 teams. If you want to have playoffs then you must have 2 "leagues" in the setup. Then draft the players on to the teams that you need. Not sure if you want to delete the rest of the players or leave them in the FA pool. If you keep them the make sure to have all teams set to human ownership, otherwise they will begin signing the remaining free agents.

Thanks! Now, would it not be better, after I create and import the players, to delete all the teams in the league structure, then add 8? That way all the players go into the FA pool, making it easier to draft?
