Retail Release of OOTP

I might be going mad (my wife thinks so

) ... but I'm sure I read a few posts around six months or so ago about a retail release of OOTP being made at some point ....

Did this ever happen?, if so how'd it go? ... if not why not?

Yes, it's called Season Ticket Baseball.

It *was* available at Target for a short time, but it's since been taken out of the fold. (I work for a Target store and am in charge of the software department, as well as other sections). It can likely still be found at some stores that carry more games tho.

EB has had it for months and still does at last check about a month ago.

i was in an EB in staten island, NY this afternoon and they had season ticket marked down to 14.99.

Not unusual, since it is after baseball season and they are trying to clear out "old" stock.
