Red Sox Acquire Hermida, Sanchez

After two days of silence since the inauguration of Joshua Twitchell as the Boston General Manager, the Red Sox finally pulled some strings to bring in two, young potential all-star players. From the Florida Marlins, the Red Sox get OF Jeremy Hermida and RHP Anibal Sanchez. The Red Sox, though, gave up Felix Doubront, Jose Alvarez, Ivan Ochoa and Josh Papelbon. Regardless, the deal is expected to benefit the Red Sox most.
Anibal Sanchez, much like Clay Bucholz, has pitched a no-hitter. That means the Red Sox have two no-no throwing pitchers on their Triple-A Pawtucket team. To make room for Hermida, Brad Wilkerson was DFA'd.

The Red Sox also signed every rumored possible replacement for the available team personnel spots to three year contracts valued at around 250,000/year average.
