This past week we finished our 2nd spring training season and began the 2nd regular season of the SLCBA.
Defending SLCBA Champion California came out of the gate defying predictions, topping the Pacific Division with a 13-11 spring record and then going 6-1 to open the season.
Arkansas' Steve McDermott opened the regular season sims by throwing a no-hitter against the SL East defending champion Georgia Rebels. It was the 1st no-hitter of 2012 and the 4th in SLCBA history.
Nevada is playing as expected, coming in last in the Pacific Division during spring training and then opening the season at 1-5.
It is early and there are too many teams operated by the AI, but it still should be an exciting season.
