Offensive and Defensive coordinators

Are we going to be able to hire our own offensive and defensive coordinators? What about other coaches (quaterbacks coach, linebackers coach, etc)? This would be cool!

As with the baseball game will this be optional? I like the OOTP baseball with coaches turned off.
