Anyone want to buy OOTP2006?

I'm in need a bit of money and I will sell my OOTP2006 (both licenses) to anyone who wants the game and wants to buy it for cheaper. I'll try to figure out how I can transfer the ownership at eLicense. We can do the transaction through Paypal.

I would think so, as long as I sold both licenses. I bought the game, so technically it's my property now and if I choose to sell it, I have the right to, don't I?

This is where I think you're wrong, after patrolling this forum for some time and reading all the posts about people trying to sell the game, if you read the agreement, you're not buying the game, you're buying the right to use to the game if I remember correctly. So basically, you don't own it, you just can use it. I'll try and find some info to back this up, but that's what I think I remember.

You don't own the game, you own a license that grants you permission to use the game. You can't sell the game, sorry. That'd be considered piracy.

Yeah, it's retarded, but that's business law (no offense to the creators, since I know that it's not you that created this and you're only interested in protecting your assets and putting out a quality product that people will enjoy).

That is the biggest peice of **** I've ever heard. So I paid $35 to use the game?...

On the site, it says:
"The Sports Interactive webstore provides a convenient, secure way to purchase Out of the Park Baseball 2006"

It doesn't say, purchase the rights to play Out of the Park Baseball 2006. If someone's telling me to purchase their game, I assume that I will own the game after I have purchased it...
