Frank Thomas' Rookie Card

Does anyone know what Frank Thomas's Topps rookie card is worth? It is in mint condition.

Thanks in advance.

It will be worth more when he gets elected to the HOF.

Probably not. Since it's a sure thing that's already factored into card value. Nothing happened to Cal Ripken, Gary Carter, Sandberg, Eckersely, etc. cards when they went in.

You don't think the publicity surrounding his induction would boost the value?

Don't you think Goose Gossage cards are just a little more pricey today, than a year ago?

I have a LOT of Thomas cards, since he was my favorite player growing up. When he was in his peak, my Thomas collection alone was probably worth about $500-$750 Beckett value. Now; I'd be lucky to get $50 for it.

This card was worth over $100 when I pulled it.

I remember pulling this card out of a pack and looking it up in Beckett and it was worth $30. I put it in my only screw-down card holder because it was so awesome. Now, a buck on eBay.

I've accepted the fact that my card collection ('80s and '90s mostly) will likely never be worth much of anything.

Now, if your card is missing his name on the front, then it's worth some dough.

Yeah, there's a Frank THomas error card that's very popular... I have a Josh Beckett Marlins collection that has a current BV of over $1000... however Red Sox collectors don't care for his past... But since I like him so much I can't let it go, however I stopped collecting
