Hiring Coaches

Hey there, found what might be a glitch - on my first day of running the team I noticed that all of my minor leauge staffs had contracts that expired in 2007.

Also, and this is a bigger problem, I have fired some terrible coaches and managers and gone to hire new ones and the game tells me that my team has no available openings (throughout all levels of my organization). Well, there are currently 5 openings after all the firings. Basically, I can't hire a guy after firing someone.

Thanks
Jack

After firing everybody make sure you proceed a day. Then check again. You may find that the newly created openings have already been filled.

I got caught by this one my ownself.

But why would staff positions on a team that I run be automatically be filled?

As there hasn't been a reply to this in over 3 days, it'll be moved to closed.

bgheadjack, if you have any further answers to spritze's questions, we'll reopen the thread.
