BZ 1480: Foreign player-nationality mismatch

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. I'll describe the issue, and let the mods do with it what they will.

I received three e-mails from my scout about possible signings in foreign countries. The first was from Guatemala. The player was St. Lucian.

"OK," I said, "St. Lucia is relatively close to Guatemala. It's sort of possible that someone could wind up there to play ball from some random country."

The next e-mail was from baseball hotbed Finland. The player was Venezuelan.

And the last e-mail was from Egypt. This player was from Cuba.

My opinion is that most, if not all, players' nationalities should match that of the country my scout goes to. After all, why go all the way to Egypt to find a Cubano when Cuba itself is just a few hundred miles away? But there is the possibility that this feature is working as Markus intended it.

I'll keep the e-mails for awhile just in case.

This issue has been claimed fixed for the upcoming patch. If after installing it you still experience this problem, please post a link to this thread in Tech Support along with an explanation of what happened so that we can re-open the report. Thanks!
