Anderson Utilities 2006 - AUCEI

Ok, here is another Anderson Utility.

Career Ending Injury Report.

This creates a nice HTML report with links to the teams and players for players that had the dreaded CEI.

http://www.sim2005.com/AUCEI/publish.htm

A couple notes:

1. This program does install, so once you initially install it, it can be ran from your START menu or you can create a shortcut to it. You do not need to run it from the browser after it is installed.

2. You need IE to install it.

3. You need to be in your 2nd season for the program to display anything.

4. You must do a HTML report for the players and team links to work. The program will work correctly and display the report, however, the links won't work, because they were never created by OOTP.

That's it. It is very quick and easy. Let me know of any problems or any suggestions.

Larry

Larry,

this might be a stupid question but will all of these modules be available under one gui at some point?

Not a stupid question.

I am not sure yet. Maybe. Writing them individually is a lot easier than writing one huge program and they run better. But, after I write several, I may merge them into one big program.

Red face

Larry,

this is kind of funny. My league only has 16 teams and 4 years history, so very few players. There have only been 4 CIs so far.

But there are the cursed Aguilar brothers in this league. First in 2006 Frank is done with a fractured skull and then a year later Gary with a torn back muscle.

Go figure, huh.

AUCEI only seems to pull data for the first defined league...is that by design?

It now should pull from all the leagues.

How about a yield calculation?

Total the # of players in a season. Total the number of CEI. Divide the two and express as a %.
