Utility request....(draft utility)

how difficult would it to write a utility that tracks the progress of Ammy draft picks.

for example:

- when draft list comes out, display the current talent and ratings for each individual player.
- each year the utility would display another record of the players current talent/ratings versus when he was drafted
- also display MLB stats if the player reaches the bigs

I would like to have something where i can go and see the entire draft from where a player was drafted compared to others in the draft class and how they are progressing (stats/ratings/talent). this would help to see if a 5th round sleeper pick became a stud or if a 1st round pick was a bust for that draft.


does that make sense?
