Quick Stadium question

I just downloaded "Gambo 2007 Stadium Chart" so to have the correct information for all my leagues parks.
I however can not figure were to put it into the game.
There is two CSV files they are named:
Stadium Chart Text Version.csv
Stadium Chart ver4

I looked through the game files and the "Read me" folder that was in the downloaded stadium chart doesn't mention were they go.

Cold someone please help me by telling me were they go.
Thanks

You have to manually enter the data from the charts into the game.

Or export the CSVs from your game, use Excel to copy and paste the relevant columns into your parks.csv file and then re-import the parks.csv using my importer program.
