data dump help

I have done a data dump in the csv format.

after making some changes to the files how do I import them back into the game?

I have created a program (http://www.bourtonville.co.uk/OOTPEditor/publish.htm) that allows the re-importation of players, coaches, parks, teams, accomplishments and events and allows the regeneration of league structures, playoff structures and then the ability to edit and reload them.
