Error in listing save

Just checked a game my team was involved in. The game went 12 innings. The opposing reliever was credited with a win and a save. He went three scoreless innings, the game was tied in the 10th when he came into the game. My guy gave up 2 in the 12th for the loss, the other guy got a win and a save.
