Flailing at historical league

I was assisted by some people on getting the real players into the draft. I started in 1901 and there was a draft that took place. I put the draft at March 1 so that guys would get picked to begin playing that season. March 1, 1901 draft went fine. March 1, 1902 draft is having a problem. No draft report of available players is being produced as the preceding months are simmed. So when March 1 comes and the draft should begin, I get an error message saying there is no pick and it recurs over and over and I can not continue with anything else, I must quit the game.

Thoughts? Fixes?

Thank you.
