Rule 5 Fix

Great work getting the patch out so quick!

One minor nitpick.

"#1696 - Made players on the 60-day DL ineligible for the rule 5 draft"

Glad that was fixed, but that's not how it really works either, if that's literal. Now teams with players on the 60-DL get extra protect spots for the Rule 5 Draft.

In MLB, players are removed from the DL and returned to the 40-man roster when the season is over. From this it appears that in OOTP, you can keep them stashed there until after the Rule 5 Draft, getting extra protect spots.

It's better than it was, but this should be tweaked at some point to mimic reality so it can't be taken advantage of. If I'm misunderstanding how the fix was implemented, I apologize.

I'm kinda confused about this, and swamped with stuff, as you can imagine. Any chance you could generate some discussion on this on the main boards, and then PM me with the consensus on how it should work?
