Problem ordering the Mac game

After entering all the information into the "esellerate" forms to order the game, including the credit card info, we get:

ERROR: Unexpected error in shopping cart

And the only thing to do is to cancel. I used the back arrow to verify that everything was entered properly.

Is there a phone number to call to give a credit card and get a serial number to activate the game?
