Where can I download the base game?

I've downloaded the game to my laptop, but now, a week after release, I want to put it on my desktop computer. Howerver, I can't find the downloadable game anywhere that I don't have to re-purchase it.

Is there a link to the download? I found the patch, but need the full game in order to "patch it"
