file path and stats problems, maybe related
I'm using version 1.0.1.12242 on Mac.
I moved my Lahman_52.csv folder in mid-season. When I loaded the game, a screen message allerted me that it could not find the Lahman data, and to restore the file path under league options. I could not find an option to do this (still can't), and everything appeared to work OK, so I continued to play. Eventually, maybe 15-20 games later, I noticed some season stats that I knew to be incorrect. BTW, there had been a couple of roster moves in the meantime. Suspecting the moved folder as the culprit, my workaround was to place a copy of the lahman folder in its old location. That seems to have worked. So my question is: did I have ONE problem, which is solved, or did I have two problems? Was the missing file path the reason for the incorrect assignment of stats during that period, or is there another known problem with stats? I'm probably stuck with a few bogus stats, but I can live with that. And also, is there an option someplace that I haven't found to define the new file path? one problem, not two
I found the file path - under league rules, not options. Text entry is awkward in this field, but do-able.
Now that I'm more familiar with the game, I don't think that the file path was the problem with my season stats. It was asking for the file path just so that it could later import rookies. But I still think that some incorrect stats were posted. Players who have not been on the ML roster show several games worth of ML stats. |

![]() Obviously, some time has passed since you posted this issue, and the 1.0.2 patch has since been released as well. Are you still seeing this issue? You're correct in that moving your Lahman folder during a game can Make Bad Things Happen... Please let me know! Thanks, Steve |

We have a rule that states that Tech Support threads wherein we have not received a response within 7 days will be closed.
