Some report emails lack ratings in 1.0.2 (Mac)

Not sure if this is definitely a bug, but it seems strange to me. Compare the two screens below. One scouting email includes the player's ratings. The other does not. I don't know if this is an intentional variation, but it seems strange. I have seen it happen both for batters and pitchers.

This issue has been claimed fixed in the next patch, but it has not been verified yet.
