I have tried to activate OOTPBB2006 on my desktop Mac and it is telling me that it cannot activate the game and will continue in demo mode. I have entered the serial number about 6 times to no avail. Who should I talk to about this issue? Thanks.

I'd at least like to know who to contact, the only licensing info is for e-license not esellerate. I would love to get OOTP started on my desktop. Thanks for the attention.

Contact www.elicense.com and they should get you running. I believe they have a phone number too.

Spot, has this been resolved?

One thing that I need to point out - the Mac and PC licenses are separate. That is, if you purchased a copy for PC, you cannot use your second license on a Mac. Is that what you are trying to do?

Steve, thanks for getting involved. I am trying to install my 2nd MAC license, although I do have 1 PC license left to install. (yes I purchased both!)

Marc, you have replied to me twice on this issue stating that it must be me entering the number wrong. I stand pat on the fact that I have tried multiple times to type in the number and have exhausted every possible error (0 instead of O, etc.) So you have in fact recieved emails from me and have responded to them. I still haven't been able to solve it and have yet to get adequate help on this issue. I realize that there is a lot happening and you are busy with patches, but you typed it wrong is not the answer I need, let alone twice. Thanks.

Somehow, your second license was recorded as "in use." So, the game was essentially telling you (with that very helpful error message), "You've already used your 2 licenses, dummy!"

We deactivated one of the licences, which freed you up for that installation. It wouldn't hurt to confirm that the other Mac is still working, too.
