Box Scores not working

I have OOTP 2006 and I went to the save games options to load the Cubby/Rolen rosters so that I could control a team and such. Anyway, after I go through the process of tweaking my roster, I reach my first day of Spring Training games, simmed, and I went to click on box scores to check out what happened but the box scores won't load. What's the problem here?

Do you have "save boxscores" under Game setup-global setup enabled?

No I don't ... it's weird because I ran a test just loading up a fictional league and simmed through Spring Training and the box scores worked. I'll check to see if that's the problem, I'll give an answer in a few.
