Players created with a "4" nickname with blank nicknames file

I am in the 3rd season of my universe which I started using a blank nicknames file. However, I have noticed about 20 players (from what I could see they were first year draft generated player) with a 4 for a nickname. This puzzles me. I checked to see if there were any other numbers used for nicknames, but there were none.

Is this a known issue?

Hmm, I just simmed 20 seasons of a league with an empty nickname file the other day, and I didn't see anything like that among over 15,000 players...are you sure your nickname file is completely empty?

Yeah, its completely empty. I just simmed another season and checked out the draft pool before the draft and there were around 10-15 more players with a "4" nickname
