Not following minor league lineups

I am finding that the game does not necessarily follow my minor league lineups. One of many examples:

In the case above, Fred lewis is listed as the starting center fielder against righties and lefties, in both the lineups and the depth charts. He was not injured. Yet, Rivera is getting most of the starts.

Personnel is turned off, so even if there is something about personalities of minor league managers that would account for this, that could not be the case here.

Very aggravating.

Is this a minor league with DH enabled? If so, then the LHP and RHP lineups won't do much. The game will follow the LHP + DH and RHP + DH. Please let me know.
