Problem with pitcher injury/crediting save

I'm pretty sure enough people have complained about something similar to this, so I'm sure you guys are aware, but I thought I would report it anyhow.

I lost a game in which the opposing pitcher was injured on the last play of the game. As the game was ending the PbP was telling me how he would have to come out of the game, etc. In the box score, it read that not only did the game change pitchers as it feels it needs to do in these situations, but this new pitcher who didn't even throw a pitch was credited with the save.
