Changing colors on Unfiorms not refreshing

When i change the colors on the uniforms and hit refresh, it doesnt change. But if i change the Uniform type, the changes show. Shouldnt hitting refresh do that?

Have you tried hitting "regenerate" on the cap and jersey subsections? I think you have to hit each of those to update the texture, and THEN you can hit the Refresh button (though regenerating the uni/hat will do it for you).
