3180 - Manually Editing Hall of Fame

Not a major issue, but as someone that is very protective about his Hall of Fame containing the 'right' players, it's a small problem for me.

When manually adding or removing someone to the Hall of Fame from the 'retired players' screen, the game does not remember that this change has been made when I sim forward a day.

Any chance that this fix could be considered for a future patch?

What i think the problem may be is the Hall of Fame requirements are not allowing for lesser players to be manually placed in the HOF. I reduced all the HOF requirements to less than that of the player and the player then stays in the HOF.

Suppose I want a guy in my Hall of Fame with lots of stolen bases or a great fielding history, for example?

And if I reduce the HOF requirements just to allow that player in, the game will automatically force all players who retire meeting those requirements into the HOF, and it will be impossible to remove them (without raising the requirements and therefore losing the guy I wanted in the first place).

What i am saying is this is probably the cause. It most certainly will have to be fixed, and adjusting the requirements should not have to be made.

This issue has been claimed fixed in the first patch, but has not yet been validated by the beta team.

This issue was found to not have been fixed in the first patch. The TT has been regressed and sent back to the coders.

Is there any movement on this?

I did a search but couldn't find any further update?

Thanks.

Yes, this has since been claimed fixed and verified fixed twice by the testers.
