OOTP 2007 on Windows XP Pro x64 Edition?

I'm trying to install 2007 on my new computer. When I try a box pops up that says:

Elicense Control

In order to finish initializing, this application must be run by the user with administrative privileges.

Please contact your system administrator for help.

Any idea how I can solve this? I *am* using the administration account on this box. Heck, it's the only account on this box.

Any help is appreciated.

Did you ever make any progress on this one, Cliche? Any more information to give us that might be pertinent?
