DATABASE::create_random_team_logo error

I'm now getting this error when trying to create a new universe. Error states: "DATABASE::create_random_team_logo - could not save team logo!"

This has been previously reported here:

I checked and none of my logo files are read-only.

Hi there.

I'm very sorry your issue has sat here for so long without a response.

Us volunteers are a little on the burnt-out side right now! That's not an excuse, though, but let's see if we can make some progress, if you're still around after all this time...

Are you still experiencing this issue?

Is there anything non-default about your installation? (Installed to a different directory, moved your data folder, etc.?)

Mac or PC?

Does this happen for ANY universe you create?
