Crash on Import

Whenever I import a historical player I can import one then when I go to import a second the system crashes. So I end up having to close it down between every import. Is this common? It doesn't matter either what league I use, it happens everytime. I have the mose recent update.

Now an additional program everytime I go to the free agent screen the system locks up. Eventually I will get a runtime error in Microsoft Cisual C+

EDIT ... I tried loading different leagues and they all freeze now when I go to the free agent screen. I re=installed same problem exists.

I am at the point of wanting my money back. At every turn there seems to be a problem.

Are all of the leagues you tried to load historical ones? Have you tried a fictional one?

Could you post some of your system specs? Operating system, hard drive space (total and available), memory, processor speed, video card, etc?

I'm sorry that we couldn't figure out a solution to your problem earlier, tkirch. Could you please try installing the final patch and let us know if that helps solve the problem? Thanks.
