Is there any thing I can do to make it load faster?
I mean it takes it 10-15 minutes to load and about the same to actually save a game. I dont have a whole lot of free time and I can barely even play the game due to this.

Yeah, that's not a heck of a lot of memory for that many leagues, especially if you have history built up behind them.
Just to test, could you try creating a fictional league with maybe three sets of minor leagues attached and see how long that one takes to load and save? |

We spoke over AIM. His game universe has a lot of leagues, and MLB history dating back to 1901. Between that and all of his security software running, it is taxing his computer's memory.
He was already looking into buying a new computer, which I told him would indeed help speed things up. In the meantime, I suggested playing smaller universes with less history built up. |
