No Trade Deadline?

How do I set up my online league so there's no trade deadline? I tried setting the deadline at the end of September, but now ALL trades in my league require waivers to be processed. That's a problem in my league since I can't process those trades pre-sim unless I do it manually. Even after changing the trade deadline back to before the current league date, the trades still require waivers.

If you haven't already, I'd put this in the suggestions forum. I'd like this option even in solo leagues.

I'll post it there, too, but I have a genuine problem right now in that I can't process any trades without passing guys through waivers. Even in spring training or the first week of the season.

I'm in the same boat. My 9/1 deadline has rendered trading moot in all but six weeks of the entire year.

The issue with the trade deadline spilling over was claimed fixed for the final patch.
