Crashing when pitcher injured

It seems this bug is still present.

When playing out a game with the DH if your pitcher gets injured the game will always CTD when trying to put a replacement in the now-empty pitcher box in the lineup screen.

I've discovered this only happens when you use the DH - non-DH games allow you to sub for the injured pithcer and continue the game.

Any hope of getting this fixed in patch 3?

While this problem may still exist, it doesn't always happen when the pitcher is injured using a DH. Since the last patch, I haven't had a CTD even when the pitcher gets injured using a DH.

I'm still getting a CTD EVERY SINGLE TIME my pitcher gets injured while playing out a game.

Please, please, please tell me this will be fixed in patch #3?

I believe that this was addressed in the final patch, though I'm not certain if it entirely solved the problem or not. Using the final patch, are you still observing this behavior?
