corrupt league file?

hi, i recently changed computers and transferred my .lg folders over to my new computer. well, my MLB league works but my fictional league says it cant load the league because the file is an old game file or it is corrupt...i copied the exact league folder i dont know how this could of happened

sorry the exact message is that the database could not be loaded

Can you verify that the size of the .lg folder is the same size as on the original PC?

Is this for a solo league or an online league? I had this happen with my one of my online leagues- I simply deleted the existing folder on my computer, made a fresh one, redownloaded the tar.gz of the league, unzipped it to the new "League".lg folder and it worked.

its not an online league....i tried deleted the file and re-transferring it to my computer and this did not work either...it works on my old computer so this doesnt make sense to me

And can you verify that the folders are the same size? Right-click the folder and select Properties (if you're running Windows) and compare the Size listed (in bytes). We want to be sure all the files in the folder are being copied over to the new computer.
