Importing Files for an Online League

I just joined an online league and I have a question about transferring files from the website to my laptop. I copied the league files to my flashdrive (from the league website) and I am trying to import the files to my laptop that is without an internet connection. Is it possible to do it without a connection. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, it is. You just need to take the league update file, which should be named LEAGUE.lg.tar.gz (where LEAGUE is your league's name), and place it into your PC's LEAGUE.lg folder. Using a program such as 7-zip (http://www.7-zip.org/), you first unzip the gzipped file to become LEAGUE.lg.tar, then unzip the tar file into that same folder.

But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Frodo. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again. Oh... beings will come Frodo. Beings will most definitely come." - Gladden Field of Dreams
