Not Able To Double-Switch

I'm running Vista and OOTP 2007 - I'm not able to double-switch with regular defenders - when I have a pitching change, only pitchers come up in the menu, can't get hitters to be visible.

What's up with that?

At what point are you double-switching?

The fact that it shows you the pitchers implies you're changing pitcher during the opponent's at bat.

Along the top of the roster list there is probably a button that says "All Pitchers" - you should be able to change that to "All Batters" or "All Players"

You'll probably find that if you go into the substitution screen when you're batting that the initial display is of your batters.
