Load a Game - Why so Long?

Why does it take so long to load a game? 10+ minutes? I'm sure the solution is simple, but what is it?

How big is the game you are loading? There's a few roster sets out there that are very large in terms of file size and the more data there is to load the longer it takes, which leads on to the following question

What are your system specs?
